This face to face 5 week program is designed for BOTH the birthing mother and her birth companion and it is recommended that you attend this course together commencing between 20 and 34 weeks. Hypnobirthing® is an inspired and mindful program empowering parents with techniques to achieve gentle, calm birth for themselves and their baby. Techniques include: breathing, relaxation, visualisation, self-hypnosis and affirmations, skills that will become 'skills for life'.
This program is for the expectant mother AND her support person. The program is designed to teach the birth companion the techniques to support and guide the expectant mother during labour. Your partner will be able to help with breathing techniques for the different stages of labour, offer massage and help with different labour and birth positions. They learn how to be an advocate for mum during labour.
To join the class, your birthing companion will also need to be enrolled and paid for.

Prior to exiting: present the ticket and your signed authorised application (from the Class Educator) for validation at the Wilson's Parking Office located in the P2 car park level 4 - hours 6 am to 10 pm.
