I have had my baby, what happens now?

All families living in the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) will be referred to their local Child Youth and Family Health (CFH) Service from their hospital of birth. You will receive a phone call to book your Universal Health Home Visit (UHHV) from the Child and Family Health Service within the first two weeks of the birth of your baby. At your UHHV, the Child and Family Health Nurse (CFHN) will address any concerns you have including breast feeding, parentcraft, normal baby behaviour, as well as discussing with you further access to the Child and Family Health Centre and booking you into a Parent Group.
This is a free service.
