How to Enrol

If enrolling online

To select courses and enrol online click here
Select the course
Select the date required
Add to cart, then select Checkout to enrol/register, follow the prompts - registering online - paying online - credit card payment only
You will receive an automatic confirmation email with your receipt and other course information once your payment has been confirmed.
You cannot claim a concession if booking online; all participants wishing to claim a concession must book via email as proof of concession is required

If you are unable to download the enrolment form please ring 9642 9586 to arrange an enrolment form to be mailed to you
Select the course(s) you would like to attend from the courses tab which includes dates and time
If you wish to enrol in an exercise class please download the medical clearance form - see links below
Complete the enrolment form
Email the completed Enrolment Form to nslhd-parented@health.nsw.gov.au
Then call 9642 9586 to pay over the phone using your credit card
