This program is designed if this is your first pregnancy. It is recommended that you attend this class anytime before 20 weeks pregnant. Topics include: the developing baby, effect of pregnancy on expectant parents, minor discomforts/strategies for management, nutrition, prenatal exercise and back care. We encourage your birthing partner to also participate in the classes. They will also need to be enrolled to join in. If you are experiencing financial hardship at the moment, please contact the office.

Parking Concession rates are available for class attendees. For the concession rate - on entering hospital main car parks P1 or P2, please take a ticket at the boom gate. Prior to exiting: present the ticket and your signed authorised application (from the Class Educator) for validation at the General Administration Desk located at RNSH Main Entrance on level 3 - hours 6 am to 8 pm. Wilson's Parking Office located in the P2 car park level 4 - hours 6 am to 10 pm. First 3 hours free. THE PARKING OFFICE CLOSES 10PM SHARP.
